I love sharing my recipes with my friends, family and clients. The main aim is to show that healthy food can be both easy, nutritious, fun and also delicious.
A main theme of my snacks and desserts is that they don't require any cooking and they stay true to the rawness of the ingredients.

Raw Chocolate Caramels

Ingredients (Caramels)

180g Pitted Majoole Dates or other

90g Cashew Nut Butter
-
1 tbs Coconut oil
-
1 tbs Water
Method (Caramels)
​
Whiz all the ingredients together in a food processor until it forms a smooth paste. If using other dates, you may need to add a bit more water.
​
Shape into individual caramels to required size and place on to grease-proof paper on a baking tin. Cover and place into the freezer.
