100g Dates

100g Prunes

3 ripe Bananas

2-3 tbls water

2 tbls coconut oil

325g Jumbo Oats

100g Raisins
-
100g Apricots (none sulphur if poss) chopped

25g shelled Hemp seeds

25g Linseeds

25g Sesame seeds

25g Sunflower seeds

25g pumpkin seeds

25g Chi seeds (soaked for a few mins in boiled water)

Gogi berries (soaked for a few mins in boiled water)
You can add any seed of your choice and/or dried fruit or nuts; sometimes I add cranberries.
To spice it up you could add fresh ginger.
Method
Place the dates, prunes, water, bananas, coconut oil, into a liquidiser and wiz until smooth.
Mix all the other ingredients in a big bowl then add the wet mix, stirring with a big spoon or your hands.
Place into a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and press down until flat ,then score lines making it into squares and cover with grease proof paper.
Place into the fridge for at least 4 hrs.
Break the squares up and place into an air tight container.
Keeps in the fridge for about 2 weeks
