Power Balls
Ingredients
Mixed nuts
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Chi seeds
tbls Poppy seeds
tbls Sesame seeds
tbls Flaxseeds
Prunes
Apricots
Gogi berries
Raisins/sultanas
2 tsp Spirulina
Tsp each of Maca, Baobab powder,
camu camu,
Raw chocolate (see recipe here)
You can use any nuts, dried fruit, seeds or super foods you have.
Method
Start by soaking all the nuts with the pumpkin and sunflower seeds along with the Goji berries with cold water over night or with boiled water for at least 2 hrs.

Use equal quantities of nuts and seeds to dried fruit.

Once soaked blend the nuts and seeds in a food processor then add dried fruit and blend again until it starts to form a ball then add the super foods, dry seeds add the raw chocolate and blend until the mixture forms a ball.

Take about a desert spoonful and role into a ball and cover in desecrated coconut .
​
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Ready to eat in about 3 hrs and will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
