48g Cacao powder

50g Cacao Butter

10g lacuma

2-3 tablespoons date syrup or maple syrup

Raw Chocolate Two

25g Cacao butter

25g Coconut oil

40g Cacao powder

10g lacuma

2-3 tablespoons date syrup or maple syrup.

Method 

Melt the cacao butter (and coconut) oil in a bowl placed in a pan of water on the lowest heat, be careful not to heat over 38 degrees. once melted add the cacao powder then the lacuma once mixed in add the date syrup/maple syrup. 

You can add flavouring i.e tangerine oil, peppermint oil

​

Poor into moulds or spread onto grease proof paper and sprinkle with seeds goji berries, nuts etc.
